Pescador Island
The jewel of the dive sites. The
island is sorrounded by a shallow reef shelf which varies
in depth from 3 - 8 meters, then the wall drops off to depths
of 40m and more. The shelf is very colorful and a good alternative
for snorkellers.
Along the drop off yu find beautiful black corals and gorgonian
fans which decorate the wall with breathtaking colours. |

As you decend through the blue,
snappers and unicornfish hunting for food in the distance
and on ocassion dogtooth tunas pass by. A special feature
of Pescador is the "cathedral" a wide chimmney which
starts at 18m and you can exit at 30m. Along the bottom encounters
with whitetip reefsharks are very common. |

| |
Tongo Point The reef shelf
is very shallow and hosts lots of juvenile reef fish including
batfish, sweetlips and triggerfish. The wall has many crevices
and small holes which often are used by turtles as resting
place. Here you see turtles on regular basis. this is usually
a mellow drift dive where you get picked up by our boat.

Sunken Island
This sunken island is located in the
Tanon strait between Cebu and Negros, usually strong currents
and it's topography make it a challenging dive.
The plateau of this sea mount starts at 24m
and is reached by a descend down the mooring line. There
are lots of lion- and scorpion fish which reach remarkable
sizes. Over the island you see schooling fish, including
fusilier and red-toothed triggerfish. Out in the blue you
se barracuda tunas and unicorn fish.
This is the dive to see bigger pelagic species and encounters
with whalesharks are possible when the plankton blooms. |

White
Beach
On the way to white beach you will have
an idyllic boatride along beautiful white sand beaches fringed
by coconut palms. The site is also good for snorkellers,
which can enjoy the huge variety of corals already in shallow
depths.
The reef shelf is a long sand stretch fully
overgrown by mainly table and staghorn corals. From 6m a
sand slop leads into depth and offers lots of soft corals
which host brittle stars. |
|
| |
 |
Sometimes you
can see a napoleon wrasse or a bumphead parrotfish, and
encounters with turtles are common.
There is also a nice selection on nudibranch and other rarieties
in the shallows.
